The hotel was overall clean and had very efficient and incredibly helpful staff especially the restaurant manager at breakfast. The best and prime location, it was adjacent to Dragon Bridge, museum, market, plenty of places to eat and coffee shops, sights, cafes and restaurants and the centre of city.

I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Their recommendation for getting around and seeing the sights and surrounding areas was excellent. My room was clean and tidy as was the whole of the hotel.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Free airport pickup. Comfortable bed.
Old decor and style to room. Stale smoke smell, better with aircon on.

I loved exploring the city with the help of the tour desk and enjoyed the diverse cuisines at the hotel's restaurant. The elegant interior and convenient internet access added to the charm.
Just couldn't get enough of the hot tub, it was sooo amazing. oh wait, it didn't have one.

I'm very particular about the hotel room I stay in. My room at Dai A Hotel has all the features I look for. The room was large with a panoramic window, air-conditioned, with a private bath with hot and cold water, and a large TV. Plus it had a wall clock. What else did I want? I was very happy with my stay at Dai A and I'd recommend it highly to other tourists.
At breakfast, I noticed that there were not enough table and chairs for guests to sit on. Plus there was no invitation to the guests hanging around at the lobby that breakfast was ready. The first ones to order and got their breakfast were Vietnamese guests, only because they spoke the language. If you didn't speak the language, you could be at a disadvantage.

Very clean hotel with polite and friendly staff. Great location in the town centre - close to the beach and local market. Got an upgrade when our room wasn't ready. Housekeeping was excellent and left the room smelling nice. Helpful staff provided a hotpot for tea. Tasty - freshly made breakfast with delicious homemade yogurt. Borrowed scales for weighing luggage. Convenient card payment option.
Strongly recommend.

Nice staff, always glad to help. Room is clean, not far away from the river.
My friend got a 15$ good hotel beside the beach, so compare the pricing, it is a little bit expensive, and breakfast is poor, only 2 options, but the coffee is good.

The hotel provided flasks of hot water, making it convenient for guests with children.
Felt great, nothing too much trouble.
